Background
In the framework of new aeronautical programs, the subcontracting is globalised and relocated. This makes it more difficult to elaborate a company strategy for concerned small and medium businesses in Midi-Pyrenees.

Goals
Identify the constraints to competitiveness of the companies to help them launch and deploy a strategic action plan

Proposed program
Through a short diagnosis, evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the company, in order to identify any weaknesses affecting their competitiveness. To analyse the strategic domains, in order to identify the key critical success factors and the concerned functions to determine a proposition of priority improvement axes. The company will be coached during 6 months on the targeted actions in order to ensure the plan is led to its conclusion and that it is qualified by measurable objectives.

Results
All the companies following the proposed program reached the targeted evolutions. They have a methodological transfer with the appropriation of necessary methods and tools for changes.
