Proposed solutions
In order to improve industrial performances, our support can be characterised by the following aspects:
Pre-diagnosis The diversity of the context and the value of the competencies are such that an initial diagnosis is necessary for each intervention. This diagnostic will analyse the weaknesses and strengths of the company in accordance to the company'sneeds and those means being deployed to achieve them (organisation, procedures, competences, tools, etc...). Following a first step, a scope, objectives and a detailed work order are defined and presented for validation.
Support by consulting service To support the planning and the setting up of the project using appropriate tools and methods as well as previous experience and knowledge of the Pyramis team. All these shall be done in accordance with the validated program.Such support can sometimes be reduced to recommendation adapted to the needs of the company or it can also include a defined action plan. The support is usually done with a designated individual identified as the key focal point. This focal point will also be responsible for the appropriation and the perpetuation of the project. The evaluation of the service is based on the achievement of the objectives as agreed initially. It will also, when applicable, include the validation of knowledge transfers.
Support by training actions Applicable transfer of knowledge necessary to the success of the actions put in place using appropriate educational methods of training depending on the context and the company. The training actions are often deployed in the frame of a consultancy type service and are supported by operational examples adapted to the company. All training actions are evaluated in order to ensure that the initial objectives have been met.
Training using coaching methods Any individual having industrial responsibilities can be supported using coaching methods. The modalities and objectives of such service are tailored to each individual. The coached person can benefit from the support of the complete Pyramis methodology.
