Background
In order to comply with a french statutory requirements of the decree
N° 2001-1016 issued on November 6th 2001 and the application order
DRT N°6 issued on April 18th 2002, Pyramis have created a "unique"
document which aim is to evaluate and reduce any security and heath
related dangers that might affect employees of any small and medium
companies.

Goals
This action fall within the scope of continuous improvement plan linked
to the environment and work conditions of employees. This task is
included and referenced in the Quality Manual.

Suggested project
The methodology used for the development of this document takes
into account the following steps:

• identify the potential dangers,


• analyse all risks related situations,


• identify a clear and detail action plan to prevent any risk from
  occuring

Results
This analysis is done with the contribution of all employees. The
obtained results are referenced in an evaluation table that includes risk
management.
The quality manager is in charge of updating, distribution and
archiving of the document.
The content of the document shall be analyzed once a year during the
management review.
