Our values

Pyramis is founded on values that bind our team. Each team member takes care to express these shared values in the production of a quality service for all clients.

• respect : the respect of each client, of its specific identity and needs, of each member of the staff is the starting point in building a relationship of confidence, mutual respect of each member of our team is a cornerstone of our efficiency   
  
• listening : listening to the market, to each client and to each individual involved in our actions is essential to the definition and the implementation of the most suitable services. The mutual listening within our own team ensures the best thought processes to elaborate our answers
  
• integrity : we are looking for excellence during our missions. However, the best solution is very often the result of a compromise. However, for us compromise doesn’t mean dishonest compromise. Our actions are all designed to be transparent and complimented by “straight talking”
  
• team work : 1+1=3 ! That is the efficiency equation for team work. That’s why all our services (even when a single consutant is operating) visibly utilise a team of at least 2 consultants to bring the most pertinent solutions to our clients. Team work is also the way to the innovation of methods.   1+1=3 ! it’s also the equation for service coproduction with our clients. In truth, our ideas and methods would never reach achieve their true efficiency levels without matching them to our clients’ needs. This allows us both  to find the best adaptations to the specific requirements of each context
  
• humility : if we are aware of our services values and convinced of the solid foundations of our solutions, we remain careful to ensure the  best conditions for the co-prroduction of our services
  These conditions manifest themselves in our determination not to translate either our beliefs or determination into a manner which could be construed as arrogant or like a “school master”

Our clients will be able to recognise these values in each of our missions by our constant commitment to them obtaining the best possible result. Albeit that, obviously, we stay within legal boudaries and do not allow ourselves to interfere with operational decisions.
