Technics of intervention

Our missions need different intervention modes with these techniques
being part of our team’s repertoire



  • diagnosis : this phase is essential for many missions as it
    ensures a sound understanding of the true requirementss and
    the correct selection of appropriate actions. We developed
    specific tools for this activity allowing us to be more sure and
    more efficient in tjhe collection and exploitation of the data and
    make it easier to derive the correct conclusions.

  • consulting : often used as a to globally describe our activities,
    the consulting services are typically provided to support action
    plans. This activity helps us to work in conjunction with our
    clients.We bringing them our external point of vue and our
    expertise while immersing ourselves in the company’s culture.
    We also confront the reality and difficulties of the situation in
    order to obtain results which will meet the objectives.

  • we bring, when necessary, operational support to apply our
    recommendations by providing at the same time a complement
    to our role as advisors and a augmentation of actual resource
    particularly in the phases of process change.

  • training engineering : our expertise in needs analysis for the
    establishment of a…training plan to support aa change
    program is enhanced by our ability to produce training
    programs and supporting material (in the form of training kits).
    We also train internal trainers called upon to deliver courses

  • training. From top team management training,through
    experts to users and operators, our team of training
    consultants can provide the most appropriate teaching method.We have also developed a range of evaluation tools used prior
    to and after courses which ensure their effectivity

  • audit : often mixed up with close techniques such as diagnosis,
    inquiries, …, the audit is a technique we break down into
    different domains : quality systems audits, pre-audits used to
    prepare prior to a certification , a qualification, or an
    agreement. Process audits or project audits, each of these
    cases needs reference rules, the analysis of the ability of those
    rules to deal with requirements,the analysis of the true
    application of those rules. It results in the identification of
    gaps/shortfalls allowing the entity functioning system to be
    tuned, with the improvement of efficiency as a result.

  • e-consult : for the past several years we have developed
    consulting@distance by cleverly integrating consulting and
    training practices in situ in a personalised and effective manner
    using the possibilities offerd by new wave IT.This is broken
    down into 3 offerings.


    • e-consulting, a range of consulting and training services
      providing flexibility and reactivity in answer to on-off or
      recurrent questions

    • e-training, a path to fully individually customised
      training, associated or not at initial group training

    • e-coaching, a tutorial including a planned programs
