Generic methods and tools

Besides the ones specific to a domain, we have methods and tools that
can be used in several domains.
Many of these methods and tools result from our own methodological
developments in answer to the requirements to support our customers’
performance improvements.
When not any of the existing methods and tools responds properly and
successfully to the question, we decide of a specific development.
Some examples:

• Our diagnosis tools developed on a data base will help to personalise
  the questionnaires and then allow fast multi criteria analyses giving
  much time to define pertinent actions (main added value of the
  provided service). This tool can be used in the frameset actions
  concerning as well business development, as project management,
  or industrial efficiency improvements or quality or integrated
  management.


• OptiQ©, process optimisation method, can be used for processes
  optimisation necessary for efficient project management, for
  industrial process optimisation, but also for services, for quality
  control and for integrate management logic.
