Pyramis Consulting summary

Founded in Toulouse, France on the 2 of january 1991 by Jean-Marc Durieux the company quickly developed its quality and management consulting business to enhance its clients’ competitive edge.

The quality activities included from the start the setting up of quality control systems for clients, providing support to evolve these systems towards a more global offer, the development of method-based applications and tools (problem handling, statistical tools : SPC and experience plans…). The offer related to project management and the optimisation of new-product design developed at the same speed until it represented the same volume as the other business related to quality. The industrial organisation activities have been a part of the offer since the start, although they were less prominent at the beginning.

The team has steadily grown, from 4 in January 1992, 6 in 2000 and 12 at the end of 2003. The team shares common values that are shown through its business ethics.

The consultants, with their various skills and experience, have always been able to satisfy the requests of our clients and also to extend the different types of offer to where they are today.

One of the characteristics of Pyramis is its continual research and development and through its missions, the company detects the need for innovation and replies by designing new methods such as: the evaluation of process maturity (OptiQ©), the optimisation of new product development and industrialisation (Odi-C©) and blended learning (OkiT©).
